I want to take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Darlene Elias, and I will be teaching Grade 1/2 at Wendat Village Public School. Some of you may know me from Oscar Peterson Public School, where I taught Kindergarten for two years. I graduated from Teachers College at York University, and have been teaching for 5 years. I have experience teaching each of the Priamry grades. Teaching is my passion, and it is my personal goal to make each and every student in my classroom feel a sense of belonging and joy when they are at school.
I am married to a wonderful man who is my greatest supporter in life! In my spare time I love to be active. Going to the gym, for a run, for a walk, or a bike ride is my idea of a good time! I also love love love to read!
